Built on Family, Vision, and Celebration
A local entrepreneur opened these doors over a decade ago with a simple belief: families deserve a beautiful place to celebrate together without the stress. His daughters, Angela Garcia and Grisela Balduvinos, inherited that vision and made it their own. They listened to what families needed and built all-inclusive packages that handle the details so you don't have to.

Get to know us
Grisela loves what she does, other than running the venue with her sister Angela, she is also a full time mom, to six, and wife to David another part of our team. Her creativity definitely pours into the work we do here at ECEC and it shows, from creating elegant centerpieces, custom themes and so much more. She also is our exclusive photographer, with many years of experience she definitely brings out the beauty of our venue.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys traveling and trying new food. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business from Dallas Baptist University which comes in hand when running a business alongside her sister Grisela. Although she enjoys the financial side of the business, she enjoys the most being a very talented cake designer, making her our exclusive cake vendor.
Elizabeth joined our team a little over 2 years ago, her quality of organization brought up a new love for coordinating and developed a new passion for decorating. She loves people, great with customer service, and meeting with clients to ensure they have the best experience. Elizabeth graduated from Tarleton State University with her Bachelors Degree in Business & Marketing so her degree definitely comes in handy when assisting at the venue.
David is a very important part of our team, always taking the time to learn about anything that needs to be maintained in the building to ensure all our events are successful. Not only is he crafty for the venue but also for his family, husband to Grisela one of our owners, definitely brings out the creativity in him, assisting us in creating custom props, and entertainment areas, really elevating the look of our venue. Above all David loves being a father to his 6 beautiful children he shares with his wife of almost 15 years Grisela.
